I think today went smoother than the past several weeks have gone…maybe I am finally getting settled into this routine that seems to be creating itself. I got up this morning knowing what I had to focus on, which was creating the new store, finishing the banner, and working on tracking systems and learning more about how to make money with online ads.
It’s amazing how much time it takes just to do research to learn how to do something prior to actually doing it. My thought is that it will pay off in the long run though. I am interested in seeing how many visitors I have in my store and what they spend the most time looking at while they are there. It helps me to determine what direction I need to follow with my creations. I know that I have a couple of designs in particular that seem to be really popular according to my sales from the other store I had, so, of course, I included them in the new store. The art work isn’t much, but it seems to grab people – or maybe it’s what is said. You decide. 
Tomorrow’s goal is to create some more things for the store so that means weeding through the idea folder to see what jumps out at me. For years I have written ideas down on whatever is available at the moment, no matter where I am, so that folder has sticky notes, pieces of napkins, toilet paper, newspaper edges, etc. in it. I think it will be kind of fun to go through them to see where my thoughts were many years ago. I also have about 8 bound notebooks with many pages of things written down in them, some with little illustrations and some with just words. It ought to be interesting to say the least!
